Returns and Refunds
14-day refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Conditions
Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team on Telegram with your order reference. We'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the customer pays for return shipping. Use a tracked service.
Refund method
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the amount paid in USDT on TRON (TRC20) to an address you confirm in writing. Refunds usually take up to 7 business days after we receive the return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Non-refundable
Service fees for Subscriptions Plan Assistance that has already been completed are not refundable.
