Your name, email, Telegram handle (optional), delivery address and order details. For crypto payments we record the transaction hash and sending wallet address.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, verify payments, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
What we never collect
Passwords for third-party services, wallet seed phrases or private keys.
Sharing
We share delivery details only with shipping carriers, and data with service providers that help us run the store. We never sell your personal information.
Visitor analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, public pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate locations and engaged time. These reports do not identify visitors by name. VPNs may affect reported locations. We do not send order details, contact details, payment references or full referring URLs to Google Analytics, and advertising features are disabled. Private account, checkout and payment pages are excluded. Google processes analytics data as a service provider. Existing Lovable website analytics may also measure traffic and website performance.
Analytics choices
You can accept or reject Google Analytics, and change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Google Analytics stays disabled unless you accept. We respect your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. Rejecting analytics does not affect shopping or checkout.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
